How long is the made to order time?

Please allow approx 3 weeks for your piece to be shipped once you’ve placed the order - this allows enough time for me to resize the rings, cast, finish and hallmark.

Why are some pieces not made to order?

Pieces such as the pendants which do not have to be resized are produced in small batches and are ready to ship.

What if my silver piece tarnishes/turns my finger green?

Real silver tarnishes through factors such as moisture exposure, environment and cosmetics, to name a few. An anti-tarnish layer is applied during casting however it depends on use how your piece will tarnish.

Your skin may also react to the metal (which is completely normal) and it may tinge your skin however this happens with real silver and should clear up after some wear.

Each silver order comes with a silver polishing cloth and the more you wear your piece the less tarnished it should be!

Each piece if hallmarked so you can be sure that what you are buying is quality.

Do you make any solid gold pieces?

Yes I do. All other metals such a solid gold and platinum are upon request by email.

Do you use gold plating?

I have currently removed the option of gold vermeil from my website and am only working in either solid silver or solid gold - there may be some special circumstances so please do get in touch to be considered.

What is the shipping charge?

Shipping to United Kingdom is £4.95 and will be sent by Royal Mail 24 Tracked. International shipping is £11.00 and sent by Royal Mail Tracked International. Any taxes and duties for international shipments are held at the expense of the buyer.
