3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many Ciëla Collective pieces are made to order. Production lead times are stated on individual product pages.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the stated production time.

As each item is handcrafted, slight variations may occur. These are not defects but part of the handmade nature of the product.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

If purchasing internationally, your bank may convert the amount into your local currency. Any currency conversion fees or international banking charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Prices include UK VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Completing a purchase constitutes an agreement between Ciëla Collective and the customer for the exchange of goods for payment.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order

  • Cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors

If an order is cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped using tracked services to the address provided at checkout.

Ciëla Collective is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts where the customer does not respond to the courier

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees on international orders

International customers are responsible for any customs or import charges imposed by their country.

If a parcel is damaged in transit, you must contact the delivery provider first. If further assistance is required, please contact us.

7. RETURNS & FAULTY ITEMS

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy.

All returned items are subject to inspection to determine whether damage is due to:

  • A manufacturing defect

  • Wear and tear

  • Improper care

If an item is found to be faulty due to manufacturing, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund.

If damage is determined to be caused by misuse or improper care, we reserve the right to deny a refund and may offer a repair at cost.

If an item is returned for inspection, all pieces must be returned together. Incomplete returns may result in refusal of reimbursement.

Precious metals are durable but not indestructible.

Customers are responsible for following our Jewellery Care guidelines. Normal wear, oxidation, scratches, or accidental damage are not considered manufacturing defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ciëla Collective shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profit

  • Loss of data

  • Injury resulting from misuse of products

All products are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond those required under UK consumer law.
